Hi,
A general trend is that Experience helps you during the MBA because of the industry exposure it allows. However, within India, 1-2 years of experience is optimum.
However, it also matters if you have a relevant experience. Eg: a Fin enthusiast if has a relevant experience in the financial domain really supports your candidature during the interviews.
Majority of the experienced candidates have an IT experience and standing out wid a different type of work ex really helps.
Try and have a relevant work ex in case u are sure of the stream u want to pursue our MBA in.
All the best

Hi,
If you are talking about the written exam, yes, you can work hard in these three months and do really well in the entrance.
However, you also have to keep in mind that there are negatives also and an incorrect answer will hurt more.
Kindly practice time management and accuracy in order to clear the written exam easily.
However, once the written is cleared the battle is only half won. You would have to do good in the gd pi rounds as well.
Start preparing for interviews and keep your current affairs up to date.
All the best.

Vaishali, If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. This is a field where nobody cares for your qualification, they only see if you can do quality work. In fact, the University Model has not succeeded in any Skill field across the world. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboardi

It would be better for you to find out your strengths and abilities and analyse which field in mba would be good for you. A stream pays more if and only if you are good at it, and that will depend on your interest and strengths. So chose a field wisely. Keep salary consideration aside for now. Your grasp on a subject will earn you a good package rather then just being in a lucrative stream.
