1) Popularity: Granted the MiM is a relatively new degree, BUT it has been pretty popular in European circles for the past 20 years. Many colleges offer it as their flagship degrees and it is very very popular in Europe with many US colleges such as Duke Fuqua, Kellog, Cornell & MIT also offering it, so yes MiM is coming up strong.
2) Course Material: The course material has hardly any difference. You study almost the same subjects, yes of course most of these subjects have a more European focus.
Now which one is better,well that is a very debatable question. It totally depends on what you want, what your short term and long

MBA programs abroad are mainly for experienced professionals. Around 2 to 3 years of work experience is required. If you have very good academic grades and a strong all-rounded profile, business schools may consider you. So focus on your studies, take part in extracurriculars, project works, exchange programs, etc. Take GMAT and TOEFL or IELTS too.

Bachelor of Pharmacy eligibility:
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy requires a candidate to have cleared 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Maths (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Biology as subjects. Why do you want to go abroad for engineering studies? In India, there are many good colleges which offer B.Tech through lateral entry. You should do B.Tech from these colleges. After doing B.Tech, you can go abroad for jobs.
