There are various entrance exams through which one can take admission in NDIM and all have the different cut-offs. The cut-offs are as follows:
CAT-40%ile
MAT/XAT/GMAT-35%ile
And apart from this graduation marks and performance in GDPI is also considered.

No, you are not. Admission process in BKSBM is based on CMAT scores. You must appear in CMAT exam which is conducted in the month of January or February every year.
For details, you can check CMAT website: http://www.aicte-cmat.in
Also, all AICTE affiliated colleges including BK requires minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) in graduation.
