That depends upon their policy. You can contact the same person you were in contacts with for the admission.
As far as my concern goes, they will not refund the whole amount.

Since you are qualified in CA studies, finance specialisation will be better for you. There are a number of institutes where you can do distance MBA like IGNOU, NMIMS, WE school, Symbiosis, etc. Choose an institute which has a good reputation in the market.
