Yes, a candidate can get admission in Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education, Utkal University, with 80% in graduation. Since, 80% is a good score they can apply for admission in their preferred course. However, for MBA and MCA they must appear for an online test followed by a personal interview round. But for MA course they can directly apply for admission at DDCE, Utkal University.
