No, the student visa (Stamp 2) and the post graduate work visa (Stamp 1G) do not count towards the PR. The only acceptable stamps towards a PR for Ireland are the Stamp 1 and Stamp 4.

The requirement of entrance exam varies course-wise. Aspirants seeking admission in Executive PGDM do not require passing an entrance test. The selection is based on performance of the candidates in the personal interview round. For MBA courses, candidates do need to pass SNAP. Selected candidates have to futher pass GEPI round for final admission.

The total seat intake at KUK university for the MBA course is 1000 in 2025. Candidates who are interested in joining the KUK MBA course are required to clear either the CAT or the MAT exam with an appropriate rank to secure admissions at KUK. The admission process is merit based, taking into acount the exact score obtained by a candidate in the aforementioned ranks.

Admission into KUK MBA courses requires candidates to either clear the MAT exam or the CAT exam to gain admissions into the MBA courses at KUK. In addition to this, candidates are also required to possess a Bachelors degree of any course from a recognised university.
