Yes, placements are very good compared to other colleges like bms , msrit etc. So go for pes university.
Placement record of 2014-15 is as below :
About 80% of the students are placed in big companies like Genpact , tcs , mts,toyota,infosys,ibm etc. with max. package of 9lakh per annum , avg. of 5lakh and min. 3.5lakh. Finance - 70% , marketing 75% , HR - 50% placements happened.

PES University is better compared to pes south campus overall as pes south campus is under vtu. For pgcet fees is around Rs.150000 for 2 years and for management it is Rs.720000 for 2 years. So it is better to come through pgcet.Other top colleges are MSRIT , BMS , RNSIT , RVCE , DAYANAND SAGAR , PESIT SOUTH , M.P.BIRLA
