As suggested by Suryap Arena Animation is one of the good institutes for Animation programmes. However, as there is no neutral ranking given to such vocational institutes it would be difficult to say that is which the best or top notch institute is. There are few of the other institutes like ZICA, MAAC, and Picasso for Animation courses. If you are looking for a degree programme you can also consider BIT (Jaipur Center). Rituraj.You should bear in mind that Malaysia follows a strict reservation quota system that favours Malay speaking people. Chinese and Indians come second and third in reservation for education and jobs. Please get full information from somone settled in Malaysia before deciding. The quota system is a very sensitive issue in Malaysia.
