Hi Pukhraj,
In such cases the best source of information is the University from where you are planning to do the course. Generally, the eligibility to do a B.Ed course is that you need to have a graduation with some amount of work experience in teaching profession. However, different Universities will have different admission criteria some of the Universities also have entrance to take students for B.Ed program.
As Jammu University has clearly said no to you it would be impossible to get admission in Jammu University. However, I would suggest you to try with some Private Institutes.

Hi, You can go for Electrical Engineering in Mtech or ME. Are you interested for MBA? There are number of spealisation possible at MTech or ME like Power Engineering, etc. depending upon your interest.
