There are certain critical points you need to keep in mind. You need to appreciate that the basic purpose of an MBA program, is to give you exposure, to all areas, which typically would come, under any business. No one expects you, to master any subject. They only expect you to have a thorough understanding, of the fundamentals. Tomorrow, when you become a manager, you have to deal with different departments, as in, finance, marketing, operations and so on. You must be able to interpret and understand, whatever information, is given to you. Ensure that you are disciplined, with respect to time. Increase your vocabulary. Make it a point to raise your level, as far as your oral communication and listening skills are concerned. Most of the managers, are poor listeners. Always dress well and maintain personal hygiene. Build up your composure and temperament, for the very simple reason, that you are inevitably, going to be part of a team. You should be very receptive, to all ideas, and maintain harmony, within the group. Lastly, never compromise on your integrity.

As you have done BPharmacy and now want to do journalism, i would say that both the courses are totally different. But as you have asked about it i would say that you are eligible and Journalism as a career is very challenging and requires a lot of hard work and patience. The main objective of a journalist is to give relevant news and educate the mass population about what all is happening around them. Basically journalism is of two types- print and electronic journalism. Electronic journalism is related to news channels and print journalism is related to all the magazines and news papers. Now to become a good journalist you need to have a good command over English, Hindi and your regional language. Apart from good English you also have to be a good listener and an interpreter, so that you are able to convey exactly what is important for the people and how will it effect them. This is a very subjective topic as every individual is different so is his Circumstances, Interests, Capabilities and capacity to perform. So, the kind of job you will get will depend on your own capabilities and performance on the program and how you use the knowledge earned to get the best job.
However, the scope of HR is great because of existence of many new HR related demands such as advanced performance appraisal systems, Human Resource Information System, job satisfaction, employee involvement, corporate governance etc. The students having MBA Human resource degree can get job in variety of organizations such as financial firms i.e. banks, non-financial firms such as IT companies insurance companies etc.
