Although no Indian university/institution offers a study programme in wine-making or wine-tasting, a degree in oenology or viticulture can get you started in the cultivation of grapes and the production of wine. Every state of the Indian Union has at least one agriculture university and most of them offer undergraduate and postgrad courses in horticulture with specialisation in oenology and viticulture.
Though Vitoria School of Learning & Development (Hotel Management) in Delhi offers Diploma in Wine Technology.

KIIT University, Bhubaneswar conducts Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination 2015 (KIITEE 2015) to offer admissions to candidates in undergraduate as well as postgraduate programmes on offer by the University.
KIITEE 2015 is an online entrance exam which is conducted across 54 test centres which are spread across various states in the country.
KIITEE 2015 is a computer based test which has three sections. Sections will be divided on the basis of subjects, from which questions will be asked in that section. The sections into which KIITEE exam is divided are – Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Each section will consist of 40 questions and the total number of questions asked in the entrance exam will be 120. The duration of the exam is 180 minutes.
For every correct answer, candidates will be awarded four marks whereas one mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

You can work and gain some experience or can do your further studies after completing your BFM Degree it depends on you. Both are wise decisions. But I would suggest you to take some experience first and then decide what you want to do further depending upon your experience.
You can gain experience in different fields like capital market, stock market, investment banking, commodities, stock broking, private equity, mutual funds, venture capital etc as agent banker, treasury group loan executive, rural banking, Forex Dealer, Investment Banker, Economist, Mutual fund executive, CFA, CWA, CA etc.
The courses which you can pursue after BFM are: CA, Financial Analyst, Cost Accountancy, MBA etc or you can pursue courses on stock market offered by BSE Training Institute, NCFM by NSE etc.
