From my side i would suggest you try n get admission in only and only government collages or the best option is IIM. FMS delhi is a option and MDI gurgaon. Try and get Admission in any of these two option.

If you are not planning to do full time course than you can think of doing management course online or distance learning. You can go for masters like MBA or you can also go for PG Diploma in Management if you are not planning to go for masters. Good Luck.

Yes you can apply for NET Exam even if you have done MBA through distance learning.
You need to score 55% in your post grad and if your college is UGC Recognized you can apply for the exam.

Since you have passed in 2008, please note that if you have work experience more than 5 years, you are not eligible for the PDGM course. If you have less have less than 5 years of work experience, you can apply for PGDM course in SPJIMR. The college gives emphasis on education, profile and work experience into consideration for admission calls.
