If your hardcore interest lies in Film Making, I would suggest you to go for Bachelors Degree in Media & Mass Communication and later on pursue a specialized degree in post graduation.
Since Film Making deals with an array of specializations like Cinematography, Sriptwriting,Screenplay, Production, Sound Recording, Direction etc, you need to analyse your expertise first.
Its not a very expensive course. You can also look up for some diploma course program.

Hi, To become a car designer you have to pursue a course related to this field. The specialization to be a car designer is B.tech in Automotive Designing. Car designing has a lot of opportunities where most of the car companies hire the designers and engineers to built fuel efficient and light cars. This branch of engineering has a very good opportunities abroad where big firms like Mercedez , Suzuki, BMW hires car designers to build their automobiles.
