Hi Manish,
To pursue MBA from New Zealand you need 3 years of work experience. Or without work experience you can pursue PG Diploma.
I would suggest you to do MBA from India. You need to clear CAT entrance exam with more than 95 percentile to take admission in top B-Schools. Also your graduation percentage should be more than 50%.
Selecting MBA specializations in MBA totally depend on your area of interest. You should choose one in which you want to make your career. Various MBA specializations are:
Human Resource
IT
Marketing
Finance
Retail
Insurance
International Business
Operations

Hi Ila,
Your graduation percentage matters for MBA full time admission. You can check the eligibility criteria to pursue MBA:
- Graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply.
- Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e.g. CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up if you found this useful.
Wish You Luck!

Even there is a gap of 5 years after 12th, it doesn't matter for you in applying for courses in Canada or Australia. Universities often demand an IELTS score of 6 or 7. So there are chances for you.
On the other hand, a candidate achieving 6.5 for Listening, 6.5 for Reading, 5.5 for Writing and 6.0 for Speaking would be awarded band 6 (24.5 ÷ 4 = 6.125 = Band 6).
