Hi, various institutes in delhi provide training in CCNA. But before doing CCNA you need to have basic knowledge of networking field. As you are a BCA graduate, you can do various short term courses. Institutes providing CCNA training in delhi are IIHT, IIJT, CMS, HCL etc. However, it is better to visit these institutes and take all necessary information about the course.

As a working professional Its better to go for Certifications in Java like SCJP(Sun Certified Java Programmer) or SCJP(Developer). The classes of which you can be able to get near NIIT or any Prometric Centers.

To the best of my knowledge and research, there is no such course provided by the Mumbai University. Advertising being a professional course can be pursued as a certificate or a PG Diploma course. Basically Advertising come under Mass Comm, so i would advice you to go for a Masters in Mass Comm where you can opt for Advertising as your area of interest.
