To the best of my knowledge and research, there is no such course provided by the Mumbai University. Advertising being a professional course can be pursued as a certificate or a PG Diploma course. Basically Advertising come under Mass Comm, so i would advice you to go for a Masters in Mass Comm where you can opt for Advertising as your area of interest.
