Well, to be honest, no one can guarantee you 100% placement. Getting a job entirely depends on your capabilities, utilization of skills, presence of mind, communication skills etc.
As far as SAP is concerned, the SAP training institutes are commercially run organizations. The courses are quite expensive. Your aim would be to seek a relevant job after completing training by paying hefty fees. However, if your experience is adequate then you may directly apply for jobs.

As per the admission department of ZICA Pune - they do not offer diploma in web design. But, offer Diploma in graphic design and web design (1 Year course) . The fee is Rs. 80,000 approximately.
They offer another course option, i.e., Certificate in Web Design (6 months course). The fee is Rs. 44,000 (approx) .
You may pay the course fee via cheque / cash.
You may choose the course as pr your interest and time availability.
However, I would suggest you to contact the officials directly for fee details as such information varies almost every year.
