Hi,
You must take either USMLE 1 or MCAT, if you want to pursue PG in medical studies. Most of the programs are not open for international applicants. Another alternative is a specialized Masters such as MS or MA in psychology, for which you can take GRE or GMAT to be considered for admissions. In short, you cannot apply without clearing any entrance.

Hi Vivek,
You have a very good profile and the chances are very high. I will also advice you to learn German language. Though, it is not compulsory for MS students, but it is highly recommended. You must also take the IELTS exam. Your internship and project work, reference letters from teachers, statement of interest will be very important. You can refer to the DAAD website for admissions process.

You have already done B.Tech. It is sufficient to earn. Don't go for paid courses. What you should do is study on your own and appear for the walk in interviews or give some employment exams. This will definitely get you somewhere.
