You may get enrolled for CCNA training course which would cost you around 10k. Then CCNA certification cost would come around $150, each ICND1 and ICND2.

Yes, government flying schools are good but due to less training air crafts, it will take more time to complete your course there.
Placement assistance is average as you only have to work hard to get a good job after training.

but in my opinion MAIT is much better than GITA RATAN in terms of overall placements.
