Universal College of Engineering in Thane offers a variety of modern campus facilities to enhance students' academic and extracurricular experiences. The college spans over 8 acres and includes well-equipped classrooms, laboratories with advanced computing resources, a library, a canteen, and separate common rooms for boys and girls. Annually a techfest is conducted, an intercollege event is conducted, and an intracollegiate event named Aurora is conducted. Aurora is the main fest in this college. This fest lasts for 10 days. 5 days of sports events followed by 5 days of cultural events. There is an adequate amount of sports activities in the college. The college has its own football, volleyball, cricket, and badminton teams. There are many groups, clubs, and cells in the college. For example, the students council, Rotract club, NSS, Green Club, E-Cell,  and CESA. Google Developer Students Club, etc. 

The best-designed event at UCoE is the“Tantrotsav-Celebration of Engineering, where a number of various events are showcased from every department, and students are exposed to new technology and innovations in the market.

Candidate should be an Indian National

Candidate should have passed the HSC/10 + 2 or equivalent examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) from of a recognised Council or Board like ICSE, CBSE, etc. from a recognised institution located in the State of Maharashtra.

Secured minimum 50% marks, i.e. 150 out of 300 in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Physics +Mathematics +Vocational Subjects (If out of 200, to be taken half i.e., out of 100)= 150/300 added together at HSC/10 + 2 or equivalent in one sitting. In case of candidates of Backward Class categories and persons with disabilities belonging only to Maharashtra State, the minimum requirement is 45% marks, i.e. 135 out of 300.

Candidate should have obtained a valid (i.e. non-zero) score in CET-Main (*depending on the guidelines on conduction of MHTCET by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, Mumbai).
