Hi,
In order to practice as a dentist or to pursue masters degree in dentistry form universities abroad, in most of the countries the applicants are required to get themselves registered with the respective Dental council in order to pursue masters degree or practice as dentist in that country.
The dental council in most of the countries conducts the qualifying exam for the foreign trained dentist, only if the candidates clears this test, they are allowed to practice or pursue masters degree.

Well Param, I do not know how to answer you as with your educational background, you can not even aspire to be a successful IT technician or system administrator. RHSA, RHCE, RHCT etc are meant to be for technicians who would work on Linux based servers or if one is proficient enough, can work on JAVA programming with Linux operating system. Certification course itself will not benefit you in big way as it will merely enable you to give insight of server administration but skill development is entirely on your capabilities.

After 12th in Science if you have studied Biology, Physics and Chemistry, you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology). (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).

You can do a certification in Sun Certifications, SAP certification program which will help you in this regard. Do MBA in IT which help you become a Manager do it a correspondence.
