You are doing BSc IT. You don't like IT. Now you want to switch over. You did not have commerce / accounts / finance subjects earlier. Finance may not suit you. Comp or IT students, if not IT then tend towards HR skills. So Best option will be HR. Select MBA - HR. Advice source : tinyurl.com/cvk58wq

Dear Sonal. You are asking question to Shiksha. It is counselling portal. It is not University. If you had asked this question to any particular university or college then it was more appropriate question. In general let me answer your question.

PhD is research oriented program and with most of universities it does not require regular classes. You can do PhD from Home but you will need to submit synopsis, and research papers time to time, attend viva, seminars, presentations. You can always take a break and continue lat

Hi Aamir
in my opinion mba would be better option for you if you.
pgdca + M.C.A means 1+3=4 years where as MBA means 2 year + 2 year experience = 4 year and MCA will not guaranty job for you neither MBA it all depends on your interest and talent so choose a field in which you are interested.
choose MCA only if you have interest in computers maths and programming otherwise MBA will be a better option for you :)
Good Luck :)
