Correspondence engineering courses are not recognised. But you can do a part time or even a full time diploma in a polytechnic college based on your marks in the 10th standard. Other options include DiP IETE etc. if you really are interested in correspondence course which is considered equivalent to a Diploma. But for a commerce graduate preferred options are M Com and MBA

You need to consider the following aspects first
Choice of the country
Choice of a University/Institute
Recognition status and rating of the University/Institute
Your stream of interest, can be commerce or management etc.
Your financial position
Availablility of scholarships
Examinations such as IELTS/TOEFL/GRE etc recognised in the country.

To do MBA any degree is enough. It is not mandatory to do BBA, Engineering and so on. The choice is yours. After completing degree you can do MBA.

is you MCA correspondence or regular?
in case it is correspondence, you can again go in for Masters in Computer Science. If not , then you can opt for any specialized course in Computers/IT.
what is your percentage in Bachelors and MCA?
Also you can go in for MBA, Masters of Global Management.
