The shortlisting criteria takes into account the 10th and 12th marks, also there's a cutoff of 60% in 10th and 12th for consideration for shortlisting.

As per per your query it seems that you have not done class 12th and wish to pursue BA, so as per your profile you may consider pursuing BA from IGNOU, but for this you need to first pursue Bachelor Preparatory Programme (BPP) from IGNOU.
