If you want to get into a job soon after completing B.Com then you get get into the private sector in fields related to Accounts / Admin / Inventory control /Supervisory job etc. However after graduation you can also write state PSC and UPSC exams for job in Govt sector. You may also regularly read the weekly Employement Newspaper to know about vaccancies in Gov t sector which matches your B.Com qualification. For a career in education line you will have to do post graduation and then either B.Ed. or cleat the UGC NET exam.

Dear Abhilash,
Doing PDGM or not has to be your decision. If you think that before giving a shot to civil services exam you should have a post graduate degree then you can go ahead for the CAT exam and do PGDM otherwise being a graduate also makes you eligible for the IAS exam.
As far as its impact on IAS exam is concerned, I don't think that appearing in CAT exam will in any case help you in IAS exam.
So think and plan accordingly. All the best.

You have good score in MAT, but prior applying in any good colleges you should do some research to find out which are the colleges that provide proper educational facilties, faculties as well as placements. Apart from these you should also take into consideration the location as well as accreditation factor.
