The MAT cut-off, if at all considered, is in the range of 97+ percentile. And it is only considered for the national seat or all India seat. I would definitely recommend you to appear for CET MBA (Maharashtra). The cut-off for PUMBA is very high as it is one of the topmost management institutions. God bless and best regards.
