Delhi University offers a wide range of courses and is affiliated with 90 different colleges each college having its own cut-off range. Also, there are courses like Sanskrit honours having cut-off as low as 65% in highly reputed colleges such as St. Stephen's and also electronics affiliated courses whose cut-off goes as high as 99.75%. Hey Ram,
The MAT cut-off, if at all considered, is in the range of 97+ percentile. And it is only considered for the national seat or all India seat. I would definitely recommend you to appear for CET MBA (Maharashtra). The cut-off for PUMBA is very high as it is one of the topmost management institutions. God bless and best regards.

Generally, B-schools consider the percentile scores of candidates to shortlist them for their respective admission processes. So, a percentile is more important than a raw/composite score.
