Pursuing a Master's degree in engineering is a good option, but it totally depends on what you want from your life.
First of all, go for PG only, if you have interest in studying ahead, if not, then definitely go for a job.
Going for PG will definitely improve your job prospects, especially as you are from computer science branch. Try to get into some IIT /NIT/ IIIT. You will get opportunities for better companies and better salary packages. Research and teaching domains will be open for you as well.
If you are not that much into technical, then definitely go for a job. Earn experience and move up the corporate ladder.
