Of course, you can apply to XIME with this score. Also, apply for various colleges which you want to join. Applying only in one college isn't a good idea, as competition is huge and also not practical. Some of the colleges that you can apply are XIME, Christ University, Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education, Dorms IIT (Madras), Birla Institute of Management Technology and also colleges which you want to join. Amity University is a purely vegetarian university. You are not allowed to bring non-veg food inside the campus but you can go outside in any restaurant to have non-veg.
So the answer to your question is that Amity only offers vegetarian courses in BHM inside the campus.

Pursuing a Master's degree in engineering is a good option, but it totally depends on what you want from your life.
First of all, go for PG only, if you have interest in studying ahead, if not, then definitely go for a job.
Going for PG will definitely improve your job prospects, especially as you are from computer science branch. Try to get into some IIT /NIT/ IIIT. You will get opportunities for better companies and better salary packages. Research and teaching domains will be open for you as well.
If you are not that much into technical, then definitely go for a job. Earn experience and move up the corporate ladder.

A composite score of 550 or above in the Management Aptitude Test MAT conducted by AIMA in either September/December 2017, makes you eligible to apply. One more requirement is that you must have 50%+ in all the semesters of your undergraduate degree.

Yes, you will get good colleges in Pune, Kolkata, Goa, Chennai and Bangalore. But, the chances of getting more would be in Kolkata and Pune, because with this score you can only get colleges in Pune and in Kolkata.
