Hello,
It is never recommended to pursue MBA from a lower tier college since one will have to compromise on a lot of factors like placements, student crowd, faculty, brand, and others. The overall learning which one can acquire in any reputed B-school cannot be acquired from any lower tier college. Hence, it is always better to do MBA only from a good, reputed college.

For any degree, you have to make yourself knowledgeable in that particular field. No matter from which college you pass out. If you have the skill set, clear concepts, vast knowledge then you need to think much about the college. The only issue which a person faces is about companies which visit the college, the faculty which is there in the institute. For placements if you have knowledge you can any time go for an open campus. Make sure the faculty is up to the mark. Think twice before joining. All the best. Skill set is what which is missing in India. So make yourself employable.

Yes, nowadays people look for companies or higher packages. That's what the primary concern is. It is little bit difficult to find core jobs. People try to get enter in companies first means they want job whether in core field or communication field (as in case of ECE). In my opinion you should first go for job whether in core field or not. Because you will get to know the environment and job experience. And then you can switch to any core field and get more packages as well. Just go for experience first. Best of luck.

A bank operations manager is an individual who carries out administrative and accounting duties in a financial institution by organizing and coordinating banking services. While the role of a Specialist Officer is to take care of all the background activities in a bank in respective specialised areas or to take care of the customer facing roles related to Marketing. So in my opinion the specialist officers are limited to their specialised area only, while operation head can lead the overall activities of a bank. So the operation head has more responsibilities over a specialist officer. Hence there is no need to shift from your current

Go for books of publications like Arihant, Cosmos Bookhive and RPS editorial board, they'll be providing both guide books and solved last year papers and about your confusion of going either to IIHM or IHM, I would suggest you to get admission in IHM because of the following reasons:
1. IHM is a government institute and IIHM is private.
2. Both provide same level of placements.
3. And since placements are kinda same why would you be paying more fees in IIHM as compared to IHM.
