Hi,
Now a days almost all the banks offer education loan to students, to pursue their education in India or Abroad.
The banks offer maximum loan of Rs 10 Lac for education in India and Rs 20 Lac for education abroad.
The repayment period vary from 5-7 years.
The bank do not ask for any collateral security up to the amount of Rs4 lac, but if the amount exceeds Rs 4 lac then the bank will ask for collateral security.
The repayment of the loan amount starts after 6 months of completion of course or after 6 months of getting job, which ever is earlier.

The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) of India conducts the exam and on the basis of the result IAS, IPS, IFS officers are selected.
It has three-step process i.e.
Preliminary Exam (Prelims)
Main Exam (Mains), and
Interview.
For preliminary test preparation , you should be aware of all the current affairs, plus you should prepare well for general knowledge, you should develop a habit of reading news papers, magazines and journals daily, as this will help you to prepare well for GK and current affairs.
For mains you need to select your subject, and you must have in depth knowledge of the subject you opt for.
It is one of the most competitive exams in India, to clear this exam you really need to work hard with 100% dedication.
To prepare well, it would be advisable to join some good coaching institute, so that you can get right guidance for preparation.

Universities abroad consider various factors such as previous academics, entrance test scores, work experience, application documents and so on while assessing an application for admission and scholarships; hence, it is important to have a well-rounded outstanding profile.

Although, both the specializations can offer you good career growth, but Operations has a wider scope and domain which cover all such fields as Logistics, material management, project management, supply chain etc. In case you are specifically targeting IT industry and looking for project manager position where you could handle the projects independently then in that case you can even opt for Project Management as a specialization.
I would like to add here that as project Management is relatively a new specialization you would not find many Institutes providing this specialization so do keep this in mind, before making any decision.
