Getting jobs abroad is very competitive, as you need to compete with the natives of that country first and then with the remaining international candidates, even the companies prefer the locals first and if they do not get any desired candidate then they look for international candidates.

For MCA you should have Maths in graduation for at least 4 semesters. if you are applying for regular MCA program.
For part time MCA program which is offered by many universities through distance learning program, eligibility is only graduation. But job hope is less in this case.
