I suggest you to go for BSc course as your full time and pursue BA course through Distance learning so that you would have a Plan B if in case you fail again . . In the mean time you an work in BPO's on the basis of your 12th so that you can earn some money for future studies . . .Best of luck and study hard so that you can have a bright future . .

Its Autonomous Program not affiliated to any university but a it is DEC approved you can go for it . . But i would suggest you to go for IGNOU or Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth .
