There is no university/college that offers B.A LLB through correspondence. And moreover, a law degree pursued through the correspondence mode, the career opportunities decrease and relatively the quality also suffers.
There are options by which you can opt for the law courses through the distance mode, but before you head for the course, it is important that you should be aware that according to the BCI, correspondence Bachelors in Law is not authorized to practice regular.

There are various parameters that define your candidature for jobs in companies such as education, soft skills, confidence, team spirit, etc.
Would advice you to keep applying and sit for interviews even if the company is not big. You have to start from somewhere so why not small.
Work on traits like confidence, communication, personality development, current affairs, time management as these are very important to strive out in any organization with flying colors.
