After an M Sc, M Phil in Computer Science/IT or PhD are the preferred higher qualifications. An MBA in System s will help you climb the corporate ladder. PG Diploma courses like Cyber Security, Web Technologies etc are being offered by many institutions and add to your existing skill sets. One can even try to give various certification exams such as Red Hat, MCSE, Oracle, Cisco etc. Many IT companies encourage their employees to do certification in programming, ERP, DBMS, networking, etc. as well as do SE certification, ITIL certification, Six Sigma certification, etc.Again M Sc holders can appear for GATE and pursue M Tech
