This is something which no one can perfectly explain. Personal Interviews are taken by faculty members of FMS Delhi, and in some cases (of other B-schools) by people related to industry. They try to judge you on what you have written on your resume or admission form about you. And then they try to put you in uncomfortable situations, like grilling you on your weakness or ignoring your view points, etc,. Managers are those who are confident and can handle pressure easily. Apart from that, you should also be well versed with your graduation courses or with your work experience. Questions related to that might be asked.
