If you are interested in HM, it is quite possible to do so however the basics would not really be clear to you. So, in case you want to pursue the PG course, you can go for a diploma to get basics clear and then opt for PG.

You are comparing IILM and Asia Pacific. In both, IILM is very good in terms of faculty, package ,crowd , location
IILM is placed in the heart of Gurgaon as many MNC's are near by to IILM.
Faculty in IILM is very highly educated and very helpful.
In IILM the campus is lush green with basketball court, parking , hostel accommodation, AC and many more
So I suggest you to take visit in both the college you will definitely get your answer.

Generally, the eligibility criteria for pursuing MBA from abroad are as follows:
1. Graduate with 60% for good business schools
2. GMAT score of above 600
3. Tofel or IELTS score
Work experience and extracurricular activities are the added advantages. Also, certificates of activities with NGOs also give an edge.
Now, talking about either US or Canada. The most preferred one is US, California.
