Hi Tejinder,
IGNOU degree is recognized all-over but different universities have different requirements. Additionally, requirements such as GMAT/GRE scores, TOEFL/IELTS scores, academic scores etc are also required. You should firstly contact the universities, email them and find out the respective requirements about acceptance of your IGNOU degree before you start the application process.

You must, however, choose your specialisation on the basis of your career plans. If you don't have work experience, gain some as it is a requirement and will help you to understand why you want to pursue MBA in the first place. You will also know which specialisation is best for you. Also, career goals for an MBA applicant are very important without which you won't even be accepted by a B-school abroad. You can apply after class 12th from any stream. If your class 12th is in Arts, then It will help you for a longer run as Arts include many subjects which help you in many ways. If you have completed your gradation from any stream then you can apply for post graduate or post graduate Diploma in mass communication and journalism. To take admission you have to pass through entrance exam or on merit basis. Like I have completed my mass communication from NIMCJ, Ahmedabad they have MACJET Entrance Exam for admission.

Good universities like Lovely, Nirma, BML Munjal, MMU, SMU, etc. are offering courses like B.Com, B.Com (H), B.Com (Professional), integrated M.Com (B.Com+M.Com), integrated MBA (B.Com+MBA), etc.
