If you're interested in BHM after 12th, you can directly approach the college for seats and write the entrance exam. Few colleges have entrance exams and few don't have any such entrance exam. You can directly apply in that case. If you're looking for a reputed institution and a good life in the hotel industry and a better experience, I would suggest you to take up NCHMCT-JEE, it will help you get through all the hurdles easily.
But you need to be prepared in advance for the entrance exam and apply for it before date.

Neither it is a reputed brand name, nor does it rank even within the top 50 B-schools across India. So, it would be simply better to avoid it and aim only for the top-ranked colleges.

The cut offs for the current year cannot be predicted, these are released only once the counselling is over. The cut offs are based on the number of seats and the number of B.Arch Colleges. However, you can make certain predictions as to what college you can get by comparing your cut off with the cut offs of various colleges from previous years.
The necessary criteria is to get at least 80 on 200 in your NATA exam and the rest 200 is based on the average of PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Maths). So your final cut off would be out of 400.

In a year, based on recent statistics, approximately 26 lakh graduates pass out of the Indian Education system. Can you guess how many of them ended up with a job (A job commensurate to their education) on completion of their graduation? 30%? 20%? Nope. An appalling 8%.
Of the 15000 odd CPL holders in India, roughly about 5000 are working in the airlines. So, you do the math and figure out, if it is as tough as otherwise to get a job.
Leaving the stat aside, how tough or how easy it is to make it big in any career, depends predominantly on your caliber and the quantum of effort that you put in to equip yourself to be among the best. I ha

CMAT scores don't matter for getting a call, what matters is the percentile.
Also, the criteria for selection is different every year. Last year- it was 70, previous to the previous year- it was 90. So no one can give the exact percentile for the GD/PI call. It would be better for you to wait for the final results of CMAT and then take your decision.
Good luck!

Infact, we finance you training. Instead of charging a big amount, we just charge nominal amount towards the lab maintenance only and 30 days salary after you get employed in industry. Oxford Software Institute also provides Government Certificate through examination for better job prospects to all students.
