Various higher study courses exist for candidates who have completed BBI course. Master of Commerce in Banking & Insurance Management, Master of Commerce in Bank Management, etc will be helpful. Courses like Master of Commerce in Finance and Systems, Master of Commerce in Finance and Taxation, will also be useful. Master of Finance and Control (MFC) or MBA course will also be suitable. The candidate can get in to good jobs by pursuing these courses.

Hi, UPES conducts its own entrance exam followed by Presentation of Portfolio and Interview. The entrance is called as UPES-DAT and its an online exam. Any stream student with 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level can apply for it. This test is on 12th & 15th April,2016 and last date to apply for it is 4th April,2016. Aiu approval is not must for institution or university those offer Pgdm but if it's there than value of the degree will more and authentication bcz without it there could be issue for further study or job in India or abroad .

Universities advertise their teaching opening at a regular interval. Nowadays minimum qualification for Asst Prof is PhD. Some universities and college s have relaxed rules on education qualifications. Asst Prof are hired in pay scale of Rs 15600-39100 known as PB3 with AGP of Rs 6000. In addition you will be entitled for central DA, HRA (30% of Basic) and other allowances. Private universities also provide similar scales to Asst Prof.

Taking a gap for studies is generally not advised. It will help as you will get more time to study but some recruiters might look at that negatively. Others might not bother much.
