Event Management jobs depend highly on the skills and competence of the person. If you have already been doing work in the field of events, and you want to remain in the private domain, a Diploma can work. However, for jobs with established organisations or event management agencies, an MBA will surely help you better.

Most of the colleges have MMS and PGDM programs.
MMS admission is taken through CMAT exam through centralized process. But for PGDM students have to apply separately for each college.
If you are confident of scoring 270 – 260 plus in CMAT then don't apply to these PGDM programs as you might get MMS call.
I would recommend PGDM

The application form has to reach college by 11th of April , it would be better if you could submit through form personally , or else courier it and make sure you follow up with the college. Also you have to attach a dd along with the form of 2000 rupees in the name of the college
All the best

Dear Manoj,
You need to first decide in which country and what course you want to do, if it is any country other than USA then you need to take your English test IELTS and score not less than 6.5 bands overall with no band less than 6, for USA you need to take TOFEL, personally, I would suggest Australia if you want to do a Masters in Accounting as the job and immigration prospects are good.
