I think you should opt for MA because then only your English (Hons) will be more beneficial and effectful. After Master's degree, you can become a lecturer by clearing UGC NET entrance exam. You can also do Ph.D.

If you doing Mba from distance mode than you can do LLb from other university in Regular mode but If you doing Mba in Regular mode than it not a good option bcz LLB programme not in Distance mode as Recommended by Bar council of India.
