Unfortunately, since you have done B.Tech in Instrumentation and control engineering, you do not qualify. You need to be a B.Sc in mathematics and computer education, or any other degree that has math and or computer education. But, you can do it now. So, do it if you really want to get into M.Sc Mathematics, and are passionate about it. Another advantage would be that you will be a double graduate.

Your chances seem quite decent. I would suggest you use Shiksha's Call Predictor to get a better idea of what different CAT percentiles would do for your chances to get a call. By the way, NITIE and IIM A, B and C are quite different. NITIE has a much stronger focus on operations while IIMs don't focus at all on operations (even the roles in operations are quite limited).

I suggest you to choose BBA [Bachelors in business administration]. By pursuing this, you will get better opportunities and good career option. There is a myth that there is no value for BBA and MBA, but that is wrong. so according to me BBA is good.
