Yes, you can get admission into IIM-Ahmedabad but you have to clear CAT and you must have good percentile only after that it would be possible.

AME will not take you to a pilot's seat in the cockpit. The requirement to become a pilot is 10+2 with 50% marks in PCM, if you satisfy the criteria then only you can take admission and pursue your CPL training. After the completion of the training, you will be issued a license by DGCA. Only then you can apply and become a pilot.

Looks like you are worried about choosing the right stream for you. First things first, try to imagine yourself doing a job. What kind of a job would it be? Do you love managing people or finding how a gadget works? Does playing with appliances attract you more than money related issues? Ask yourself such questions and you'll get your answers. Choose your subjects wisely and choose something that you enjoy.
