At the time of admission to First Year B.Com course, students are required to fill in the University enrollment form, without which the admission will not be approved by the University of Mumbai. If they fail to fill in the enrollment form they will not be allowed to appear for the examination and their names will be struck off from the College Register. I would not recommend you to pursue MBA in any foreign countries without entrance exams, as it will lower down the standards of the colleges. GMAT and GRE are relatively easy as compared to national level competitions like CAT or GATE. So, I would suggest you to appear for entrance examinations and try your luck.

Different colleges in Maharashtra offering aeronautical engineering branch have different entrance exams as the qualification. Actually, a very less number of private colleges offer this since placement is a big issue. However, with about 50K seats remaining unfilled across Maharashtra, you have good chances of admission if you can obtain a valid score. I am attaching a link that may be useful to you.
