yes many univesities offer such courses through distance education. it is valid, but still you should check whether the university where you are going to get admission is recognised.

Kesasan good to see your interest in MBBS and also abroad as you have shortlisted the country. You need to chck imporatant things lik whether ur degree from Ukraine will be accepted in India. As the rules MCI are changing in no time, you may also have to do dual internship in Ukraine and in India, as per recent MCI cod of conduct for medical praticetioners

Hi nagendra, you must be aware that as M.Tech is technical course, it wont come in distance learning. However, if you check with VJTI, Mumbai they will help you as it is specialzed for chemical allied course
