With 15 years of education,UK would be the best study destination for you as universities in US require 16 years of education for admission in their MBA program.
As you are pursuing BBA now, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then apply for MBA, how ever if you wish to continue with your studies, you can pursue Msc in management.
The course curriculum of Msc in management, is almost similar to MBA, the only difference is, MBA is more of a practical oriented course and Msc in management. is more of a theoretical course.

COngratulations for becoming an engineer.
Well, both the courses have got their own aspects n own value.there is nothing like good or bad.
It primarily depends on ur own personal interest. if u are good ta technical side, love to study on a better level and want to be on the research side then u should go for MTECH
But if u have excellent communication skills, task managing capabilities n want to be on the management side , then u should go for MBA.
