With 15 years of education,UK would be the best study destination for you as universities in US require 16 years of education for admission in their MBA program.
As you are pursuing BBA now, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then apply for MBA, how ever if you wish to continue with your studies, you can pursue Msc in management.
The course curriculum of Msc in management, is almost similar to MBA, the only difference is, MBA is more of a practical oriented course and Msc in management. is more of a theoretical course.

You have asked precious and pretty good questions. Well, you have focused on various things for getting into Harvard. it's not easy to get into, but yes it's also not impossible to get in. If you are from Delhi or from India and you are preparing for IIT, then, definitely I will say it's very easy for you to get into, because it's very very easy as compared to IIT or JEE Advance. Firstly, score good marks in class 12th, at least above 85% and you have to participate in extracurricular activities so that your chances increase and help you a lot.
