Hi Kaushik, RWTH Aachen, TU Ilmenau, Univ of Bayreuth, TU Kaiserslautern are the best Universities in Germany where you can pursue the course you have asked for.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.

Hi Poonamchand, not sure but I believe you want to go for BE in Sydney, Australia. But you have not specified the subject you want to take or I failed to understand so I am helpless in suggesting Universities to you.
For admission you should have at least 60% in your previous qualification. I will mention below what documents you need to apply. With those documents and application form downloaded from the University's website, you will have to send all to the Unviersity for assessment. upon receiving a positive reply you can proceed for the visa.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise mark sheets, diploma certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
The classes in Australia begin in the months of Jan/Feb and July. And you should begin the process 6 months before the classes begin to save ample time for visa.

There is no such authentic list of institutes that i can give you. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website. Now shortlist some you want to visit. Do not hesitate to travel - this is about your life and career. After visiting those take a decision for yourself. Even if you have to travel to timbuctoo or chandigarh for that matter, it is important for your life, so do it. Wish you the best for your career.
