Dear Akshay,
Well, with these scores, it will be very difficult to get NIT's or any other reputed college. As a friend, my suggestion will be to take a drop, prepare hard and try again next year for JEE Mains.
However, if you dont want to waste an year, you can try seeking admission in Delhi University, where admissions are done on the basis of merit.
For more, I would request Prof Garain PhD Dr.Goutam Chatterjee Dr. Sudhiranjan Dey to share his expertise.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
All The Best.!

One cannot match IITs and NITs with other colleges. Clearance of NATA will make you feel better. Besides there are colleges at state level both state owned and private. The career opportunities for these graduates are high at present. These graduates can work as independent professionals or can take up jobs in Government or private sectors. Teaching in this field is also another option for the pleasant career. Anyone who had successfully completed B.Arch can register with COA. This can be done through agencies like CPWD. UPSC organizes examinations for these registered candidates to recruit them in various departments. The architect

Hi Manoj,
Its little bit difficult to say anythnig about VIT because last year around 4,720 students are offered admissions at VIT University ,Vellore and Chennai.
Out of this number, 3600 seats were offered to students at VIT Vellore and the remaining 1,120 at VIT Chennai but only the first 20,000 rank holders are called for counselling.
All major branches like CS, EC, EE are likely to close at 9,000 in main campus and 15,000 in chennai campus

You have multiple opportunities for entrance examinations in our country. Entrance examinations are conducted at a state level for admission to state owned and private engineering colleges. Deemed Universities conduct their own entrance examinations. Management seats are available in private colleges. In case you do not make up for any of these opportunities, you have opportunity to do B Sc courses in Science and Mathematics, BBA and BCA.
