There are many parameters do decide the status of an institute , a few things which are important is , if the past students are developed well and got placed ! quality of work generated by the students ! Infra, if the course are getting completed in time ! How is the certification process & if the course fee is reasonable etc.
About placement , if any one promises you grunted placement , i m concerned . Because one can give you 100% placement assistance assurance, getting a job and holding the position always depends on one's skill , that you develop during the course .
