Hello,
There is no single 'state' which can be tagged as the best. Almost every state is a hub for something or the other. You need to be aware of the entire country as careers and prospects differ. Also you must be aware of the various regions the country is divided into. The west coast is generally suitable for engineering careers and such as California, Arizona and Texas. It is also depends on which branch of engineering you are referring to.

BBA is a professional job oriented degree course which prepare you for job after the course. If you are planning your education up to graduation level BBA is better degree than BCom(Hons). If you are planning to study MBA then both degree are same. There are no industrial visits in BCom in majority of Institutes.
