Hello Shivani,
I think Banasthali admits students without any aptitude test. One only needs to have requisite eligibility for the course. Staying in the hostel though is compulsory. Your rank is good. Yes, you can go for phase-2 counselling. But Answer to this Question will be best given by VIT itself. Call on their helpline number. Hello Pallavi, Admissions to engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu is restricted to domiciles of the state with some exceptions. Hence if you happen to be either domicile or fitting into exceptions, then you can get admission based on your marks of 12th.
