Yes, you will get admission in CSE but in second category because CSE score rank closes in 6000-7000 rank.Let me explain you the admission system here. Rank in VIT to get admission should be 90,000, so you can get admission in VIT from the 6th category as well. There are various categories as well. With each category admission, fees go high. First category closed till 15,000 rank, and you can get CSE till 9000 rank and IT till 11000 rank, but there are 2nd category as well, if you want CSE, but you have to pay more for that. That would be difficult to get into. Most of the universities and colleges demand +2 pass with maths as a compulsory subject for The 3 year BCA programme. IPU CET SET are some common university entrance exam. But there are certain colleges which does not require maths as a compulsory subject to join the course. But they prefer a Science or maths student over others.

Look, dropping second time is a big risk. It requires a lot of dedication and hard work. You have to stay motivated throughout the year of your preparation time.
